Does anyone know if there is a HSEND command that will tell me who is authorized to use HSM ? |

Most of the time HSM is automatic here. . .
You might ask the storage management people or the security administrators.
What is your requirement? If you describe what you want to do, someone may have a suggestion. |

Everyone can use HSM to perform their own backups / migrations / restores etc. etc.
What I think you want to know is who is authorised to perform administrative tasks using HSM.
The answer depends on
a) Which release of HSM you are running - earlier releases - the authorised users can be defined by an already authorised user entering the commands to give authority.
b) Think it's 1.6 or 1.7 Where the option can be totally given over to RACF or continued in the above manner.
The simple answer - go ask your storage team. |
