Want to delete dataset from SYSPROC.

Hi all,

I am facing the following problem while logging in to mainframe.
One particular dataset is getting concatenated into my SYSPROC while I am logging in. I don't have the authority for accessing the dataset. For that I am facing huge problem. I can't even issue a START command from the main menu. The error it is showing as below:

TSS7221E Dataset Not Accessible - AAA.CMDPROC.CLIST
PHASE 1 PROCESSING OF CLIST OR REXX EXEC ENDED ABNORMALLY +
ABEND CODE: S913 REASON CODE: 0038
ISPD117
The initially invoked CLIST ended with a return code = 12

Is there any way I can remove that particular dataset from my SYSPROC?

Ask the system support group to fix the problem..

1) by taking away the offending dataset
2) by granting the authority to access ( at last in read mode) the dataset

ANYHOW IT IS A SYSTEM SETUP ISSUE
