Is it possible to provide Read\Write access to a PDS (for specific users) using JCL. If so please let me know.

Thanks,
Deepak

that' an issue related to the security access rights...

nobody is allowed to access somebody' s else datasets...

speak with Your security support on how to share datasets with other people
of Your group

Using ACF2 security - Security system I am able to provide Read\Write\ALLOC\EXEC access to him. However In this case he gets access to all my PDS. I just wanted to give for a particular PDS.

Thanks everyone , I shall check with the Admin on how this could be done

Thanks all,

As you all said It was an security issue only

The security Admin was bale to solve my issue. He was able to provide read\Write access to a particluar PDS by matching the passkey of the user to that particular PDS.

Its me,
Deepak
