what does it mean by work load manager(WLM)??
How it can help me in defining performance of OS390??

Hi Kanak,
WLM (Work Load Manager) is the IBM tool which co-ordinate MVS images in a sysplex environment to process work towards a single set of goals.Also it provides programming interfaces so all products can allow customers to set goals for their transactions.
Let me know if you need further info.Pls note that its a very broad term and basically used by data center operators or system engineers.
