Hi Reena,
It depends on interviewer. They may ask questions depend on their requirement. It would be better to learn it your self.
I suggest you to Refer manuals which present in this site. And Just read it part by part I mean JCL Abends, System Abends, DB2-SQL Code, CICS Abend code, VSAM Response code etc. |

S0C4s & S0C7s come to mind....
Aren't S?37 space problems?
And CICS has its own ASRA, APCT & AICA..... |

S806, S?22 (time abend).
File status 37, 23 etc...
List is endless. |

Yes, but you know there are a handful that are so common that you can't help knowing them....and interviewers expect you to.....

Hi,
It depends on the area which you say that you are strong .. If you say JCL then obviously SOC4,7 are the question with S?37 errors...
If you can say the exp you have then i can give you some more in detail. .. |

| It seems to me that the only abend questions you can respond to are those which you've actually had to deal with up to this point in your career. For most of us, it's only a handful anyway (pretty much the ones mentioned previously). It's probably better to prove that you know how to go about preventing, researching, resolving or dealing with abends then just knowing what they are off the top of your head. |

Hi,
If you dont work with those abends, you will not understand the real experience of the abends, u can get a theoretical explanation for all the abends, but still you can check the below link helps you and experience you in traping errors
