I'm looking for an FTP JCL using SSL/TSL. Will you be able to provide me a sample JCL? |

I doubt that the JCL and/or invocation of Secure FTP is any different than the standard FTP, but I guess we'll see if someone posts a response that proves otherwise. |

Your current JCL may or may not have a //SYSFTPD DD statement in it. In order to make a secure connection, the //SYSFTPD DD statement must contain (instream or in a dataset) a directive SECURE_MECHANISM TLS.
The server that you are connecting to must support secure connection on the port that you are connecting to.
If the server that you are connecting to requires that you have a digital certificate, it gets a little more complex. |
