You should look at the translator or compiler output (usually in SYSPRINT or SYSUT2) for a detailed message.

Here we are using the compiler program CICSCOBZ.

I check it out.. Some one delete the library dataset of Training.cicsparm .

I compiler program output is Condition code 12.

in COPYLINK and LKED was not run because of condition code.

How to solve this....?

Again - forget the return code. Look at the messages of the compiler/translaror.

No. You have sent the JESYSMSG output. Please look at the correct outputs (as already said - SYSPRINT or SYSUT2).

it is much easier to answer something like

"CICSCOBZ" is the procedure used to precompile/compile/link CICS COBOL programs

If the procedure is depending on a dataset called training.cicsparm
means that the procedure has been customized for Your envrionment

From the names it looks like You are taking a programming course.
The best and only thing that You can do is to ask the teacher/instructor
to restore the missing dataset.

Then try again and good luck

There is nothing that we can do for You
