I have a written a program in CICS – PLI –DB2. The program could’nt be able to access DB2. The program is working fine,
When I used with VSAM instead of DB2..the code is working fine.
What are the probable entries that are to be made…..????????? for PLI – DB2…what are probable built-in functions that are

speak with the DB support group, so that they might properly define the environment
A generic question deserves a generic answer !!
What abend, return code, status code did You receive trying to run Your transaction ?? |

Hi,
I think you do not have access to bind the programs.This is because your user id may not have acess to the DB2 region.
You can contact db2 admin and get acess to acess db2 in your programs. |
