Our team has built a production like test environment and is currently supporting it. Most of us are developers with just a little knowledge from the operational side. Just wondering if anyone could recommend any CA7 manuals or other CA7 information from the support side (monitoring queues, restarting jobs from different steps, job overrides...). Any direction on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks... |

Hello Eric and welcome to the forums,
If your organization is licensed to use CA-7, all of the info and documentation is available for free from the CA support site.
It might be a ggod idea to spend some tme with the production scheduling folks so you configure your environment similar to the way the production environment is set up. |
