Hi,

This is my first post in this forum,

The Problem is:

Is there any utility or JCL program to 'FIND PARTICULAR DATA IN ONE DATASET AND COPY THE SAME DATA INTO ANOTHER DATASET' at the same time.

Is there any way by using IEBGENER or some other utility.

All the Best,

Hello ursanil7 and welcome to the fourms,

If you post a bit of sample input data and what you want for output, someone may be able to help.

In addition to the data, also post the recfm and lrecl of the files.

Can you please explain me, How to convert from record format U (LoadLib's) to VB or FB (Is it Possible!)
is your "signature". Is this a question you have? If so, no, loadlibs must be recfm=u.

Anil,

I believe you want to filter data on some condition.

If this is your requirement, you could go with SORT's INCLUDE/OMIT statement. Refer DFSORT manual for the syntax. 'Manuals' link available at the top of the page.

If not, post sample data with file attribs as Dick suggested.
