Error when Starting Tablespace

Hi,

When I am trying a start a tablespace which has been stopped, I am getting an error message as below

Code:
DSN9023I  |DB8 DSNTDDIS 'START DATABASE' ABNORMAL COMPLETION


It is not giving any other information regarding the failure?
What could be the reasons for abnormal completion of start tablespace command?
Can someone help me?

On using DIS DB(XXX) TS(XXX) USER,

It gives a CORRID and USERID. Anything I can get from this information?
