Can Anybody explain how do we re-organise the VSAM file , and also let me know the SYNTAX of the same. Which would be great help for me.

You can use either IDCAMS REPRO or IDCAMS EXPORT/IMPORT
As for the syntax, that is readily available in the VSAM manual reached by clicking the manuals link at the top of this page.
Depending on the DASD configuration in use, you will gain nothing if you are using RAID 6 DASD, except in the case where you are approaching the limit of extents allowable for you VSAM cluster.
If you use RAID 5 DASD, then you may see a performance improvement, although unlikely with the speed and performance of modern DASD subsystems. |

Have never tried it ... However, remember reading the following steps somewhere for reorganising the VSAM files ...
1... Copy the data to a flat file ...
2... Delete the VSAM file ....
3... Create the VSAM file back....
4... Copy the data from the flat file to VSAM File ... |
