Kevin, if I would like I could sticky over a thousand stickies with links..... Long ago were trained to search in manuals when they still were made of paper. Later on we were surprised we could even find them online and now we are amazed you can even search for items and find answers in hunderds of related documents. I'm afraid we will have to coop with the youngsters looking for a swift answer because there is no time for exploring and understanding: it's the race against the clock to get any solution to solve their problems. It's not their fault but the ones putting them under pressure to make/solve things in the less time possible. I have been there icon_wink.gif and turned away from it.

My 2 cents - go thru the manuals - learn the basics and then just do it. The best teacher is experience. IMS is not something you can learn in a year or 2. Make sure that you always learn in the TEST regions - once you do it wrong, you will never do it again. When you make a mistake and cannot understand, then just ask............
