I assume you wanted to copy generations of GDG1 to GDG2 generations (like gdg1.g000*v00 to gdg2.g000*v00). If this is your requirement, search the forum, it had been discussed before.
If not, post your requirement clearly. |

You cannot copy the base using IEBGENER.
As Murali suggests, look in the forum for different ways to to what you want to do.
If you have questions on what you find or if what you find will not do what you want, also do as Murali suggests - post the details of your requirement here (examples of what you have and what you want would be good). |

How did PDS become part of the question/answer?
I believe the original question is how to copy a gdg base and all existing generations to another gdg base. . . |
