Backout production package-> endevor

Hi,

We moved our programs to production through packages (endevor).

Package1-- contained copybooks
Package2-- contained programs
Package3-- contained JCL's

Package1 has done its changes sucessfully. But Package2(Which had 5 new programs) added first element but was not able to add secound element( Reason in stage 1 it was not generated properlly).

Now the problem is,
we are not able to generate in stage1. is there any method to rollback our production package?

In doing above we have done these too.
1. tried to reset the package > No use
2. Tried to delete the package> unathourized.
3. try generating in stage1 > tells the element is locked.

Can anyone please let us know, is there a way to backout production package?

As suggested first consult ur local Endevor support team.

There is a backout option.. check

or Create another new package to generate elements and move it to production

There is only one option to do is Backout the current element from production and old version of the similar element will be suit in current production. For confirmation, check the version levels, date and time.
