INCLUDE member type in changeman

Hi,

Here is the JCL I staged it to changeman

JCL - TESTJCL

//TESTJCL (000KRIS),'TEST JOB',CLASS=A,MSGLCASS=A
//*
// INCLUDE MEMBER=TESTPARM

TESTPARM member

// SET DATE=08092007

The idea is to include TESTPARM member in TESTJCL. I tried to stage TESTPARM as CT1 type in Changeman but didn't work (While compiling TESTJCL, TESTPARM is treated as proc instead of include member).
Is it the correct type to stage this member to changeman to recognize this as a include member?

Yes stage it as PROC.
It cannot be control card type.
