can anybody explain me what actually done in the above PROC. Is there any parameter like DEMAND in JCL can any body let me in detail.....

From what I can tell, UCC7TRLR is an interface into the CA-7 Workload Automation system, and the DEMAND parameter allows you to "demand" in (i.e. trigger) the specified job.
