See my response for the request for a Separate SAS forum.
Are these tools used widely enough to be able to find forum members with enough technical expertise in the subject matter to be of value? Do the companies who market and support these tools sponsor own user forums or user groups? Do they expect licensed product users to interact with the vendor's technical support staff instead of the outside world? Should someone who's received the proper amount of vendor-sponsored training really have that many questions that, again, can't be answered by the vendor? |

Murali was referring to the part of the forum called Other Mainframe Topics.
It is where topics that do not have their own place on the home page are posted or later moved to. |
