many interviews asked me what quality procedures do u used?what a i tell this type of question?

quality procedure is nothing but the efforts the company tales to maintain the quality of work.(CMMI or ISo like that)

1. you say that in your concern entire s/w life cycle is followed.
2. configuration management for maintainig the documents related to the project and codings.
3. risk management for certain unpredicted happenings like
mainframe linkage down,etc....

4. timing of work and types of work by diffrent resources are managed by a separate s/w tool.

Process maintanence tool (PMT) ,
RTM and Baseline

these are some of the things needed to maintain the quality.
