Hello,
I have a REXX program which has the following commands:
ALTERDS = TST || USERID || '.' || DBNAME || '.ALTERS$#'
"ALLOC FILE(ISPFILE) DS('" || ALTERDS || "') MOD CATALOG ",
"DSORG(PS) RECFM(F,B) SPACE(1,1) TRACKS LRECL(80) BLKSIZE(27920)"
STRLINE = 'ALTER TABLESPACE ' DBNAME '.' TSNAME.I
I tried the following:
"EXECIO * DISKW ISPFILE (VAR STRLINE"
to write to the output file but it does not work.
Can someone provide me with a working EXECIO command to write
to the output file?
Regards. |

Hi,
Can you change the REXX code like this and try,
Code: |
STRLINE.1 = 'ALTER TABLESPACE ' DBNAME '.' TSNAME.I
"EXECIO * DISKW ISPFILE (STEM STRLINE. FINIS"
OR
STRLINE = 'ALTER TABLESPACE ' DBNAME '.' TSNAME.I
QUEUE STRLINE
"EXECIO 1 DISKW ISPFILE (FINIS" |
Let me know if doesn't work's
