Can anyone give a brief introduction about VSE/ESA OS.

What are the Components and tools used in VSE/ESA.

Commands to Create Rename Datasets and some basic commands in VSE/ESA.

Hello,

VSE is another IBM mainframe operating system. It has similar tools to MVS, OS/390, z_OS,m etc. The JCL is quite different.

I'd suggest you go to the IBM site and search for the manuals for the version of VSE that you are interested in.

You might try here
