Hi I am getting abend message,
STEPPDLI - ABEND=S000 U4087 REASON=00000008
And getting S0C4 during initialization of table elements in general purpose rutine. |

Hi,
Could have a status code before moving that user Abend, as we cann't figure much using the user abend unless we analise the code.
So provide us the code (with declaration) as well as the status code if possible.

| Your SOC4 could be caused because you are going beyond the bounds of your table in your initialization of table elements. Check your max table size and your subscript values. |

| Might be all kinds of reasons. Perhaps calling a module with parameters and this module runs in AMODE 24 (lower memory). Again.....proctection exeption could have many reasons. There's a lot to be found in this forum about S0C4. |
