What denotes a 12 and 8 Return Code by IDCAMS ?

Hi,
The major code 12 tells that you are tryin to store the duplicate record. The minor code 08...m not sure wht its tells. But, 1205 says the "DUP-ON-STORE" condition is not checked in the program. So chk wht 08 means !

These are the four reasons ,
- Program invoked wrong subschema.
- The record or set name is misspelled or was overlaid.
- The record or set is not described in the subschema.
- The record name/set name combination is invalid. |
