Hi,
I had developed some online (CICS) program with AMODE 31 and RMODE 31. I changed Link parameters for that.
But the Datalocation parameter for that corresponding PPT, is below.
Can anyone explain me the significance of datalocation parameter and its impact on AMODE 31 program. |

| Data location is where the program is expecting to have its data....Yours should be ANY, does it still say below? Was it autodefined or explicitly defined? |

I converted from 24 to 31..while 24 bit the datalocation was below (defined previously)..
After convertion, we havent yet changed the datalocation..thats y i want to know the impact (in terms of performance) ?
But "Data" here you mean is the program data or CICS data areas (TWA,CICS RECEIVE SET() etc)?
