Can anyone tell me how to find out the IMS Region to which my Application belongs to?

Your DBA assigns the class which is assigned to a specific region. You need to ask.

/DIS TRAN transactioncode

You will see which class is runs in.

?DIS REG All

You will see which regions handle which classes. The class your transaction has been assigned may run in more than one region.
