Default load library which is used for the sort load

Hi,

How can i find the default load library which is used for the sort load module? (Basically, where does a mainframe jcl pick up the sort load module when a sort step is executed.)

Hello,

Usually the sort product for a system is in the link list.

If you talk with your system support people, they can tell you exactly which library the sort executables reside in. You do not want to include any of the system libraries in your joblib/steplib definitions.
