EZTV DB2 program without creating a plan/package

Hi, I have an eztv DB2 program. There is no calls to subprograms. The program has few select statements. Can i execute the program without creating a plan/package?

If it is instream eztrieve then yes. Compiled eztrieve, I don't know.
