How to delete all the versions of GDG w/o deleting the base?

Hi,

We are using a GDG dataset for our process.We need to delete all the existing versions of the GDG without deleting the base.

If we give the deletion for the base GDG, then it would delete all the versions along with the base.But we need to retain the base for further process.

Please let us know a way!

Lalitha,

Use base with disp=(old,delete,delete) will delete all the generations. Please remember you need IDCAMS to del gdg base.
