Does anyone know how to update a panel once it has been launched with the view command? I found a sample in the REXX manual, but it works off of traps on a user defined message. Seems to me that there should be an easy way to update information on the panel once its displayed.
thanks in advance.

Hi,
As per my understanding, your question is 'How to see changes u have
done in Panels' right....
Assuming that you have coded the changes in Panel already, to see
the effect one simple way is
1.Go to Dialog Test option(7) from main screen.
2.Select Panels(2) and then give ur panel name.
or Go to Command(6) from main screen and then write dispaly panel statement.
Either of these should work.

No. My problem is that once the panel is viewed. I'd like to continue processing in the REXX exec and update a "percent complete" display. |
