How to find out the creation time for a dataset ?

I have gone through earlier related topics in the forum, but none of them give me a clarity about which SMF record i need to extract.

Please help me out with SMF record and the particular field in that record which will give me a creation time for a dataset.

Let me know in case of any issues.
