what is sort card
give me any example

what is mainf difference between redefines and renames
can we use
01 a pic 9(4).
01 b redefines a pic(6).


what is difference between evaluate and if else
can we use if else for conditional names ?


what is soc7 abend
and how is will resolves

how we can define tha vsam file in data division

An example of a sort card is shown below

SORT FIELDS=(1,3,CH,A,9,3,CH,A)
