If we specify EROPT=ACC, in DCB parameter then, what will it do? Do it execute that record(block) or what operation it will do?

Here's the JCL manual, why not look it up and then let us know the answer.

Hi,

This may help further,

EROPT = Error Options, This is a DCB Parameter. Can have following three values:
EROPT=ACC or SKP or ABE.

For QSAM, provides the option to be executed if an error occurs in reading or writing a block.
ACC = accept block causing error
SKP = skip block causing error
ABE = abend the job step
