Hi,
Can anyone help me out to know how to navigate horizontally in an user defined panel.
I know, if you use )Model section in panel definition we can move vertically (up and down) likewise is there any way to move horizontally (left and right).
For example, if you get inside any PDS you can see a list of members, if you press PF11/PF10 then you can see date created, date modified, version and other details. Like that I want to implement in the panel I designed. |

It's up to you. Define keys/commands for RIGHT and LEFT (which are standard ISPF System Commands).

Nothing standard or out-of-the-box, though. |

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Can you have any piece of code which explains how to implement the horizontal navigation.
I know how to do vertical scrolling through )Model section in panel definition. Can you tell me what additional things I need to define in panel definition. |

Hi,
When the code the )Field section as mentioned in the manual..I am getting the following error.
Panel section is out of order or has been already defined.
Please look into the screen shots below..the first one is what you can see if you get into a PDS..in the second screen you can see the space Created and Changed has been overlayed by Init, Mod and VV MM if you press PF11...
I want to implement the same thing in my code..if I press PF11 it should display me the next set of columns..can anyone of you have a sample code which performs the operation I mentioned. |
