Hi all,

Can anyone plz throw some light on the below option in Xpediter

4 EDIT ALLOCATION LIST - Edit or Create file allocation lists

This is required for foreground Xpeditor debugging.
With this option you can allocate all your input and output dataset which are required for your cobol program.

Since am new to Xpediter, Can you please explain with screen shots,

1 How to XPED a PGM,

2.What are all the preliminary steps to follow... Like SETUP etc..

I would highly appreciate your assitance for the same.

Even if you are new, the Xped is not newly installed in your work site. So there should be some kind of Xped instructions prepared in your project.
Also the online help has lots of information, you can go thru it.

For setup you need to talk to your local team mates, they can help you with all the libraries etc.

And if you have any troubles then post it on the forum.
