Why not look at the spool for any other job that has abended and answer your own question ?
Obviously if the abend is not 0C7, then just imagine that it is.
Is this homework ???

This is not a JCL question, and is also one that you could easily have found out for yourself rather than posting here.

Hello,
To see an s0c7 (or other abend) you can look at the queued output from that abended job. The abend will be noted in the 1st jes output dataset as well as other datasets of the queued output (this will depend on what abend services are in use on your system). In addition to the info that the abend has occurred, you may have different dump datasets available to aid in problem diagnosis.
If you do not have a particular job in mind, you may be able to search thru the console log and look for any abends that meet your need.
From what you posted, i am not sure i understand just what you are looking for.
As i believe your question is related to abends and debugging, i'll move this to that set of topics. As was posted earlier, this question isn't really a jcl question.
If i've misunderstood, please advise. |
