Can we check if a PS dataset exists (cataloged) or not. My job will have two steps.
First step will check if the PS dataset exists or not, If it exists second step will be executed.

Please look around in this JCL forum. This topic has been covered fairly recently.
It is a good idea to learn how the "Search" feature works as you will save yourself a lot of time.
