I have a job which contains 3 steps.
Step1 : create new generation of GDG.
Now if I wish to refer the newly created generation in second step what should i use +1 or 0?
Thanks

Hi..
If you are creating the new GDG cersion in the same Job, then you have to use +1 to refer to the newly created.
And when you are referring that newly created version of GDG in other Job then you need to refer it with +0. |

Yes, the whole concept is rather obvious and pretty much intuitive. |
