Hello,
By displaying the info (sdsf), you can see if the job is waiting to execute, executing, or has completed and is in the output queue.
If you talk with your scheduling or operations people they can direct you on what you are permitted and not permitted to do with production jobs. Many sites do not permit developers to delete/modify production jobs. . . |

Mostly i could say all the shops would not allow you to cancel/purge prod/env testing job's as per our will and wish...
As suggested by Dick speak with your production controller and get the status of these job's.
By the way looking at your problem i don't see any reason as of why you wana purge a daily batch job that is executing..is it having any contention or does it access any DB that are down during that time when you run your job's...
Normally executing job's would be hilighted .. and also you would have a CPU shown in the SDSF in which this job is being executed at the moment... |
