hi,
We are using STARTBR CICS command. After STARTBR it is pointing to the required record , say 'X'. But once we do READNEXT from that position, it is reading the first record after the header record. Actually it should have read the required record 'X'. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We put displays after STARTBR and before READNEXT .The RIDFLD has the correct key value only.
Is there any way to find where the STARTBR is pointing to ? |

Hi,
Check whether you are moving 'x' to ridfld(variable) before STARTBR.
I think if it is ok then READNEXT will read the record starting from X only. |
