Problem in DB2 data loading

Getting the following error message

UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00C90101',

When trying to load the DB2 table from a file using DSNUTLIB utility.

The control statement that is used is..

LOAD DATA LOG YES RESUME YES SHRLEVEL CHANGE INDDN SYSREC00
INTO TABLE <Table name>

Please help me out to solve this prolem

here i am giving some possible Error codes for ur
Reason code.
This error indicates inconsistent data.
Possible causes of this error include:

o Improper migration or fall back procedures,
o DB2 directory and DB2 Catalog restored to different points in time,
o Table space restored improperly,
o An internal DB2 failure.
