Maximum limit for primary aloocation

Hi what is the maximum limit for primary storage allocation in CYL ....

I can't recall the exact number, but the maximum number of tracks that can be allocated is around 64,000. The number is slightly higher, but divide 64,000 by 15 and there you go, an almost accurate answer.

Remember this is the maximum that can be allocated to the dataset so you can not use secondary allocations.
