I want to know about channel attached (basics).

how they work and configured.

also if someone has installed teradata utilities on mainfrmae z/os
and configured channel attached to logon from teradata utitlity

Hello and welcome to the forums,

As it has been a week with no replies, i suspect that you will have better luck if you search independently on the web. While pretty much everyone using the forum is working on systems that are channel attached, few have any need to be aware of it.

There are also rather few teradata topics/replies, but there are some if you search across the forums. Most are in Job Vacancies and will offer little, but there are several elsewhere that may have info you can use.
