I hope, it's impossible to learn mainframe ourself. Join a training institute like ibmmainframes.com

In delhi, Maintec is the best. Visit http://maintectraining.com to know more about fee structure.

Do "GOOGLE" searches on terms such as, COBOL, JCL, z/OS, DB2.... whatever! There's a ton of free mainframe stuff out on the net. You just have to dig and find it. Also, go mainframe - Microsoft = Limber / Swiss Cheese Software. It stinks and it's full of holes. HA!
