Hi,
I tried to use the send option as it was given in TSO HELP Syntax,,
Which Says it as...

SEND ''TEXT'' USER('USERID LIST') NOW/LOGON/SAVE NOWAIT/WAIT

Well,

I tried it like

TSO SEND 'HI' USER(AA423) NOW NOWAIT

and many other possible ways also but the screen shows "Invalid command "..
Please can anyone correct me.......

Well, SEND is a standard system command. If it's not working properly, you should contact your System Programmer group and solicit their input.

Alternatively, you might try issuing the TSO SEND command and let it prompt you for the parameters.
