problem in viewing the records in ksds

After entering data in a ksds file, when i open it using print char ids(/), I am not able to see the data entered in lower case...... why is it so?

Hello,

Do you have File-Aid at your location?

If you do, look at the records in hex to see what is in those positions that should be lower case.
