Hi,
I am not sure about the difference between SB37, SD37 & SE37 type of abends. When i referred in the net, all the above abends refer to the insufficient disk space.
Can anyone give some more insight into these abends. |

That is exactly what they are, all of them are out of space conditions.
Take a look at the messages IEC0030I - IEC0032I which may give you a better insight. |

Hi,
According to me
SB37- Insufficient secondary storage space.More space was required, but the volume's VTOC is full.
Solution- Increase the primary and/or secondary allocations.
SD37- Insufficient primary space and secondary space was not requested.
Solution-Change the JCL specifying a secondary quantity to the space parameter on the DD statement.
SE37- Insufficient space in dataset(PDS).
solution-Change the JCL specifying a primary and secondary quantity to the space parameter on the DD statement. |
