How to reorg a VSAM KSDS dataset

Hi,
Tried to search in the forum but can't find any. Can anybody tell me how to reorg a VSAM KSDS dataset. Any sample JCL would great..

IDCAMS - either EXPORT, DEL/DEF Cluster, IMPORT
or
REPRO to flat file, DEL/DEF Cluster, REPRO back from flat file to KSDS

What criteria are you basing your reorg on, Number of extents or number of C/CA splits. Also, what RAID level are your DASD subsystem ?

For RAID6 there is absolutely no benefit in reorging for performance reasons because RAID6 works completely different from RAID5.
