Hi when I am coding tha terminal monitor program IKJEFT01
for cheching the exsistance of data set myy job is abending
with S013 and reason code is 34
please let me know where i m making mistake |

As this is your first post, please look over the following.
When you have a question, a new topic should be started - especially when the new question does not relate to the existing topic. I've split your question from the "dataset availability" topic, creating a new topic , so people will be able to see your question.
When you post a question, you should also post the jcl from the problem run and any error messages presented by the system.

First place you should look is the messages manual. Look here for the S013 and here for the rc 34.
Take a look and try to eliminate the things that do not apply. |
