| I am running a query in QMF, and its taking long time, and getting millions of records. I want to stop the query. Please let me how to do it. |

Call your dbas and ask them to to get rid of the long-running transaction. |

| One of your keys should be coded as the ATTN key - try that - sometimes upper right. |

Hello,
That might free the terminal, but there are times when the query continues to run without interruption and must be dealt with "from inside".
Most 3270 emulators have a "Settings" clickable. Beneath Settings is usually a Keyboard selection. If you click on Keyboard, you should be able to see which of your keys is mapped to the 3270 ATTN key. |
