Is there a way to know in which mode a member is opened

Hi all!!!

is there a way to know in which mode a member is opened? for instance if we use s mymem* it shows only as DSLIST in left hand corner and not the mode in which it is open.. can one of u clarify me???

Hello,

Are you trying to find which person has a member/dataset locked?

Please clarify your question - i believe i do not understand what you are asking icon_confused.gif

I believe he/she wants to see whether it was open in VIEW/EDIT/BROWSE mode.

In my screen, it shows this mode instead of DSLIST.

You can always use edit macro with the SESSION command.
